Broccoli heads 1/4 of a red onion, chopped small 1/2 cup raisins 1 cup sunflower seeds crumbled bacon - or bacon bits (which is what I use)
Sauce: whisk these together 3 Tbls white wine vinegar or what I prefer is Rice Vinegar 3 Tbls white sugar - I've also used Raw Agave which is healthier and more like a honey 1 cup mayonaise
Put the ingredients all into the sauce and mix - this is delicious but even better on the 2nd day as the flavors mingle.
