This recipe is from my boyfriend's mother Sharon.  I get rave review for this.


2 cups crushed cornflakes
2 cups chunky peanut butter (never use creamy)
4 Tbls melted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
Milk chocolate -  or CandiQuick


Mix these ingredients and form into a ball (she flattens hers, I don't), and chill well

Dip the balls into melted chocolate and chill again.

These freeze and keep very well.
